Problem with the Multi-Window environment ?
- To ensure full compatibility with all our search products, we recommend Internet Explorer 4.0+ or Netscape Navigator 4.0+

AOL users may experience problem in the Multi-Window environment due to the AOL's internal problem with Javascript. To solve this problem, you should upgrade your existing AOL browser to Netscape Navigator for AOL by doing the following:
- Click on [Keyword] button or hit Ctrl-K on the keyboard.
- Type Netscape, then click [Go] button.
- You should now see the Netscape download screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install Netscape
Navigator for AOL.
- For HELP, please call your local AOL support line and tell them you are
"trying to install Netscape Navigator for AOL".
- After installing Netscape Navigator for AOL, use it to
